Basic Job Description:
- Marketing/Sales Calls to Professional Real Estate Offices
- Scheduling Office Presentations.
- Follow up calls on inspections.
- Print and/or Distribute marketing materials.
- Participation at local trade fairs
- Participation at local networking events.
- Some Saturdays may be required.
Attitude is more important than specific experience. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail are a MUST. You must be punctual and able to follow directions. Bi-lingual is a plus, but not required. Customer service and phone etiquette is a huge benefit.

Certified Inspector

Licensed Termite and Radon Testers a plus but not required. (we help get you the license)
Basic Job Description:
- Performing Home Inspections as a lead inspector.

- Performing State Licensed Termite Inspections

- Performing State Licensed Radon Testing

- Good customer communication.

- Responsible for all aspects of the inspection routine and issuing the report.

Inspector Assistant

Basic Job Description:
Assistants initially participate in inspections as observers only. As training progresses, Assistants begin to gain competence and become useful to the lead inspector. The lead inspector is always responsible for all aspects of the inspection routine, verifying trainee observations, and issuing the report. At the discretion of the lead inspector, assistants may assist in the following manner:
- Drive to and from appointments.
- Start computer and begin report at site.
- Gather Recall Chek data.
- Remove and replace service panel covers.
- Record initial thermostat modes and      temperature settings.
- Obtain heating and cooling system supply and  return temperatures.
- Retrieve and stow ladder.
- Stage ladder for observation of roof from  edge.
- Stage ladder for attic access.
- Check interior lights and receptacles.
- Operate windows and doors.
- Remove and replace crawl space access doors  or panels.
Ultimately, the Assistant will develop to the point that the Assistant performs the entire inspection, and the lead inspector is the observer. Regardless, the lead inspector is always responsible for all findings at the house, client support, and prompt submission of a comprehensive report. Some Saturdays are required

* Position starts at $300-$450/week.  Depending on experience, training length, and  passing of courses and licensing, it may take 3- 12 months before becoming a lead inspector,  and an opening must be available
